I just no she has zero talent, and is only famous because she has money to throw around.

And I don't know about being fat, but I know she isn't that pretty

District 9

The best film I've seen in a long time, absolutely brilliant, executed with perfection and the action, oh sweet lord the action, it's just so good.

I can't remember the last time I watched a decent action film with an actual, fully fledged story before this...

It should do it's Gary Oldman as Norman Stansfield from Leon. If you haven't seen Leon, well, shame on you, Norman is the best villian in any film ever.

They say its a return to form, but I'm sceptical, simply because Deathproof was so bad.

Still, I'll go see it at the weekend...

My dad planned for us and a couple friends to go see it. I'm not a huge movie fan but I thought it was pretty good. Honestly pretty much all I care about is whether the movie tries to feed you bullshit or not, and this one didn't try to do that. It just said, "This is the way it is," instead of, "This is the way it is because of *insert bullshit*." I like that a lot.

Has anyone seen Adventureland? If not I thoroughly recommend it, it had me laughing all the way through. A proper comedy, none of this Superhero/horror/action movie piss take crap or gross out sh*t.

I was also suprised that Kristen Stewart can act: I gave up twenty minutes into Twilight and the only other movie I'd seen with her was Panic Room when she was about 13. She's not brilliant but a far cry from the insipid bint I was expecting.

I'm not even sure whether I like it or not, but it was painful to watch in some places. Still its got nothing on the mental stuff that comes out of Japan.

I can't really tell you what 9 is about without ruining it. In retrospect it's not just AMAZING but its a solid 3/5 it looks better graphically than it makes up for story wise.

Anti-Christ, Lars Von Trier's new movie. It's more of an interesting and intriguing film than enjoyable or entertaining, it's nowhere near as shocking as the media has portrayed but it is still an uncomfortable slow motion ride of a film with some quite disturbing scenes and a dark atmosphere. Amongst the good points though there is a certain amount of pretentious bullshit too, but an interesting film all the same.

In some ways yes, there are some Nietzche type views and references in terms of the religion / christianity angle that the movie goes into during it's second half, for example nature is Satans church. Really though the film is about misogyny as the female characters grief and torment takes over her fragile mind she soon comes to believe that it is woman who is responsible for all the evil in world.

Blink 182?
Byd, this is how it starts, you know. One day it's "I like Blink 182", the next it's "I think I like men".

I don't have any interest in trying hardcore drugs. Marijuana... maybe sometime, but I will never try meth, heroin, etc.

I tried smoking to see why people liked it and it was pretty cool. It makes you feel very relaxed, but for a shorter time so you aren't impared. You just don't want to do it alot. I've pretty much kicked the habit. I had a cigarette friday night for the first time in a few weeks, and it made me feel really good since I hardly ever do it.
