I judge people heavily before I meet them
Depending on how people posture themselves, or how they dress
I automatically think if they could ever be an annoying follower or a cool dude. People with shaved heads, man, they are either really cool artistic hommies, or they are super jocks who would love for you to start something

Well thanks for that bro. I thought you were just trying to make me feel bad or something, I should have known better. And yes, I'm going to try my hardest to stop. I'm out anyway and have no money, so I can't think of a better time lol.

actually let me see if you get this:
the turtle and the rabbit are having a race. the track is long y miles. the turtle goes with it's own speed and it takes her 3 hours to finish the race. how long will it take the rabbit to finish the race if every part of the trail that he crosses takes him 10min. the rabbit moves in a pattern where in the first he crosses x1=y/2. every next distance (x2, x3, x4, ...) is just the half of the one that was before it.
will the rabbit win or will he lose the race again?

im not saying there is a language barrier....but im sure that was worded incorrectly. i know what the question is asking....it is a time vs distance word problem with 2 variables....but the sequence thing with the (x1, x2....) thing makes 0 sense. i dont know what its even asking

Please don't do marijuana.

I mean come on. Cigarettes are bad, I know, but marijuana is like the same thing, only when you do it you are impaired for longer. I swear to god, everyone I know is becoming a pothead because you get high and you are high. With cigarettes, is a 5 minute buzz if you do it as little as I do, and you are normal.

Besides, it's a gateway drug. You will soon grow tired of the high and start doing crack or something lol

weed is harmless if you have the willpower not to seek out more powerful drugs. sheesh

I think this:

Trying Mary J and becoming a infrequent smoker of it is no problem. A stoner is the most harmless person out there too. They smoke weed and sit in their bed and go on adventures, sleep, eat alot, and just try to have a good time. When you get to the point where you ditch friends and your own music and such to start the stoner lifestyle, it is bad. I find it harmless to do in smaller quantities.

You see, this is a common misconception.

The amount of tar, carcinogens, and carbon monoxide in marijuana is 3 to 5 times greater than you would find in tobacco. Besides that, it impairs your ability to reason and concentrate, as well as affects your short term memory.

In all honesty, tobacco and marijuana are both bad. It's just a bit hypocritical and ignorant to say that marijuana is perfectly okay.

Now I'm not saying you are an ignorant person, but I have done research on marijuana for my advanced health class, which is a college course. You really learn about how the media stretches the truth for tobacco's harmfulness. They do that because the government wants to make cigarettes illegal. The only stuff you hear about marijuana is what people who smoke pot tell you, so that's hardly credible information.

we shall get along

ill go one further. alcohol is 10000x more deadly than weed. people dont beat their wives high, people dont crash cars...dont kill people....f***, they dont do anything high,. booze is horrible and i think their should be stricter rules on the stuff rather than weed. that being said i will drink like a fish on my 21st. i know i can be responsible, its other people that have such a f***ing hard time with it that ruin it for everyone else

Oh God I haven't engaged my brain in so long let's see...

By the way Brute I think x1 means x subscript 1. That's the way I always understood it.

Honestly to me it seems like the rabbit will never finish the race but I'm probably just reading the question wrong.
x1 = y/2, takes 10 minutes.
x2 = y/4, takes 10 minutes.
x3 = y/8, takes 10 minutes.

do you have ANY idea how much the cigg company's hide from us solely because they want us to keep buying their deadly product. those "Truth" commercials are excellent. somkeing is a horrendous habbit. i wont argue that weed could possibly have negative side effects, but they PALE in comparison to ciggs

Alcohol is bad too, but it's all about self control. Why are you such a hardass about smoking, but when you drink your liver gets severely damaged, just like your lungs would get severely damaged. You can't say marijuana is perfectly healthy, every drug like that has harmful effects.

But yes, I know you will be pleased with me, I only smoke maybe 1 cigarette a day, maybe 2. I know it's still bad, but It's like the equivalent of drinking on occasion, or getting drunk on occasion. It's still bad for your system, but it doesn't occur often

ARE YOU STUPID!?!?!?!
do you have ANY idea how much the cigg company's hide from us solely because they want us to keep buying their deadly product. those "Truth" commercials are excellent. somkeing is a horrendous habbit. i wont argue that weed could possibly have negative side effects, but they PALE in comparison to ciggs

I guess I'm stupid. But, one thing you'll find that's funny is that the "Truth" commercials are run by the tobacco companies. The government requires them to do it. But thanks for the complement

Oh well I don't want to argue, I like you guys and I don't want to fight about something like this. And I don't want to get to the point where we feel like we need to insult each other, so I'll leave you guys with this nice source for tobacco and marijuana, decide if it's credible for yourself

http://www.abovetheinfluence.com/facts/drugs-marijuana.aspx

http://www.abovetheinfluence.com/facts/drugs-tobacco.aspx

but, I don't think it's that bad if I just smoke on occasion, like I drink on occasion. Just like you guys, if you smoke pot on occasion it's okay, but I just don't want to see another one of my friends become a pothead. Even though we don't know each other personally, I feel like you're my friend brute, and trust me I've had at least 3 friends who have completely changed since they started smoking pot.

<3
i call them as i see them. as with anything, it's all about self control. ultimately it isn't the substance that will determine the outcome but the individual that takes it.
i should know, i've smoked crack, taken shrooms, snorted coke, poped pills, and i still drink liquor and smoke pot to this day.

edit: i'm not going to argue, i'm just throwing in my two cents.

It is about self control. It also matters on WHO is doing it. People who don't have self control and have a addictive personality should NOT do any of that. I drink, but i don't get drunk.

See that's what I'm getting at, but as long as I'm not a pack a day smoker I don't see what the problem is. I just don't like it when you say "well, you shouldn't smoke, it's bad for your health" and then you turn around and say " I want to go smoke pot". They both have their downsides, but it all depends on how you control yourself. I make 20 cigarettes, or one pack, last a week or more. People who die from smoking smoke two packs a day or something like that. I'm not that way. And that's like potheads. They smoke everyday. If you smoke every now and then, you'll be fine

well, compared to cigarettes, pot isn't all that bad at all. allot of myths have been perpetrated ever since that one guy started his smear campaign against pot in the 1900's.
i'm not saying it's good for you, but health wise you could do far far worse.

plus i have asthma, pot is naturally going to be better for me than cigarettes because i have an extremely high chance to get lung cancer, but with pot i don't have to worry about that.

gawd i need a cigarette now... lol

No, I just don't want to make you mad. You started to insult me, so I decided we should drop it. usually I love to debate, but if it means we are going to fight I don't want to. It's not THAT important.

lol

i like intellectual discussions. You see, everyone swears that I'm a liberal because of my love or arts and intellectual discussions. But then they find out about my political ideals....

I guess I'm proof that all conservatives are rednecks lol. Well, I'm kind of a redneck. i like beer and metal and wearing heathen clothing, but I'm fairly educated I think.
