I never knew you played MtG Axe. So I guess you know where my avatar comes from then. I made a low budget deck once it was pretty sweet an elf swarm deck. I loved it...but never played it once (except against no one). Think I have it posted online somewhere I don't know let me check.

http://forum.tcgplayer.com/showthread.php?t=149929

I believe deck #4 is exactly like mine. Some of those cards might be banned by now though. It was my original deck I didn't copy or steal it.

Remember when I inquired about your avatar? I was positive it was Chandra Nalaar but I didn't want to sound like a douche if it wasn't

Yeah, I don't have too many cards but I play the downloadable game on Xbox live a lot and I am starting to go to Magic Fridays, which is 3 two dollar tournaments at a local card store each friday. My deck was thrown together quickly, but it's basically a standard green deck, with mostly m10 and Zendikar cards. I want to start getting a good collection

I'm not too knowledgable about the game but I think my elf deck would probably be a lot stronger than a standard flip flop green deck. The thing is the power on your field grows exponentially it's usually something like this:

Turn 1:
1/1
Turn 2:
2/2 or 3/3
Turn 3:
4/4 or 5/5 maybe more
And by turn 6 or 7 you could literally have like a 30/30 or higher going.

I wouldn't mind having a cool elf deck like that. I really want to build a Kor deck or an Ally deck, and I'm super pissed that they released a premade Kor deck.

Actually I think it was even faster than that I'm not sure. The Regal Force if you get it out you get to draw cards equal to your mana on the field, and there are lots of elf cards in the deck that give you more mana and have cheap mana cost. At the same time there are lots of elf cards that are stronger for every other elf card like the archers are ?/? where ? = # of elves and then the Imperfect Luck gives +1/1 to every elf warrior and also taps for more elf warrior tokens. Then the Coat Of Arm I forget what it does but it's like +X/X where X is how many cards of the same type you have out and it does +X/X for each creature I forget. Basically you could have like 10 attackers all 10/10 no problem in 5-8 turns or so depending on your draws, which are actually pretty consistently good I never had like a "fail" game but some might take one extra turn to get going but it's not inconsistent that's all I'm saying. Oh and the spell cards give you like either 2 or 3 elf warrior tokens so yeah that adds to the attack of everyone and then they'll get massive stat boosts each as well.

I despise playing against decks which have exponential growth like that. That's why I want one lol

Yeah, I believe you are right about the coat of arms. It's basically an amazing artificat if you have atype deck, like an elf or an ally deck or something. Pretty epic. My current deck is pretty much a basic creature deck. I have a few cards, such as the Ant Queen, which makes a 1/1 token for every forest you have. I also have an epic card called Howl of the Night Pack, which makes 2/2 wolf tokens for every forest you have played.

So, I get tons of throwaway tokens and buff them up with giant growth and overrun spells, and I win in one turn. That's the theory anyway, I haven't tested it yet

If you hate it then use it.

Oh apparently younger VR said this about the deck:
"...by turn 7 or 8 I'll often have something ridiculous like 20 Elves with 10/10-20/20 stats or something ridiculous like that."

Thanks younger VR!

By the way the time I made this deck they had lots of those lame red burn decks so yeah it wasn't the greatest deck for the metagame.

MtG, ahhh the memories. I used to be really into it. I had an awesome red/white deck that just fried everything. I spent a whole lot of money on it only for the deck tok become non-tournament legal. That and slivers are the reasons I quit.

The Elder Crolls is a hard series to get into when you first start. I got discouraged and quit Morrowind probably 5 times before I actually achieved my first playthrough. But it was always exciting because you can do whatever you want. You can choose to do any quest, to join any group, to explore every area by yourself. I am thoroughly confident that you would fall in love with it eventually
