So people, does adding MSG in food really make you think that you are full? It is a flavour enhancer but my uncle brought up a good dinner time discussion. He said that MSG was added to chinese all you can eat buffets, because it will make you full quicker. So when you eat a single dish of food you are suddenly full, which is unheard of, because you are a eating machine. So do you believe in this? Or do you think its a strategy that does not exist?

Have you ever had a really small portion of expensive food and your for some reason really full from it when you were just hungry? I think that is MSG to make you stop eating lol

There was a Cracked article on this (plus a whole bunch of other food related things) and it's just bullshit. Oh and I read it as MGS and I thought to myself "Metal Gear Solid in food holy shit!!!"

I think I saw a myth busters on them trying to dissolve teeth and steak.
It didn't dissolve either, but it really stained the teeth, nothing more really
