brothers + sisters, please post Songs, they´re very special to you, influenced you, reminds you to special moments, starting points in live, everything from deep inside your heart.
don´t has to be metal, only critique is, how important is it to you......

please post a link (so everybody can check out) and a short description (if ya like) why the song is special to you......have fun....

all song from "Highway To Hell" ,in 1979 ,i was 12,AC/DC´s Masterpiece opend my eyes to distorted gitarz, and the love to "noize" is still alive,i choose touch to much, cause the best song from hth to me(every song is great),same year bon scott died, R:I.P.

AC/DC - Touch To Much (offical video)

http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=vO5dEeXQjOY

Metallica ´s KeA,knocked me out ,over a YEAR,i listend only this rec!,i had to buy it 3 times, cause the lp´s gone worse from playing so much, most listend rec to me of all times.cause whiplash, i started to play gitarz, iwant to play like james at this time and open the door to hard + fast metal to me,and the door is still open, till today....

Metallica - Whiplash (with mustaine, not from kea)

Motörhead was the first "Metal Band" I listen to,in 1980,i was in a boy home, run very often away, everybody i met on the streets has "No Sleep Til Hammersmith" at Home(only metal rec in england from 0 to 1st) and cos nobody got Pünk sound,so i sart to listen to nsth and began to love Double Bass + them.lemmy is my rocknroll hero,no fake,no "star",a natural born rocker

Motörhead - Overkill (live) in hammersmith

Guns N' Roses - Welcome To The Jungle
The song that started my obsession with all things rock and metal.

And I agree with you about Highway To Hell, RNRC. That is, without a doubt, one the best albums I've ever heard. I'm obsessed with AC/DC and that albums definetly their best.

Hmm well here I go.

Don't think I really need to expound on this one.

Minor Threat- Straight Edge
http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=0OSnAPxyMzo

Lyrically really isn't "special" but this song, well the entire album played an important role in a really hard point of my life and even now I go back to listen to it when I'm stressed out, angry, or depressed.

Cannibal Corpse- Staring Through the Eyes of the Dead
http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=TlhwCIW2Bxs&feature=related

The song that began my true obsession with metal.

Judas Priest- Green Manalishi
http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=XT2DktNBRfo&feature=related

Just one of those song's that hits me hard and makes my hair stand on end every time.

Black Sabbath- Heaven and Hell

Yep, no lies, I'm 15. Very Happy

And no-one really influenced me (it damn well wouldn't be my dad, he listens to Maddona!) and I've only got a younger brother that I wouldn't have listened to anyway LOL. I just sort of found it on my own. Like I said, Guns N' Roses were the first band like that that I really got into. I heard Welcome To The Jungle, looked them up on the internet and eventually got their Greatest Hits CD and eventually started listening to other bands.

If you replace One with Master of Puppets and Dance of Death with Run to the Hills/Number of the Beast, then this, scary :S

Thanks, man. To you too. It's good to meet someone who respects my music tastes. You have no idea how rare that is for me.

The first song to get me into metal.... I used to play this with my uncle as a kid, and i didnt findout who it was until years later and the song they used here was always my favorite song by them for some reason. If anyone can tell me who it is and what song it is without googling, ill give you a high five Wink lol.

http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=Fra_XdCx6bo

Heres the real song....

http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=-B-kqyWaY2s

This is the song that introduced me into "Death Metal". I'm not the biggest "Death Metal" fan but i really enjoy this song and a couple others pretty well. (Cradle of Ilth - Scortched Earth Erotica)

http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=U4fr9hnxfQk

I never really did listen to any of that kids shit music when i was a child, my mother made me grow up on all this shit. (Black Sabbath - Paranoid)

http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=QkGVVbU1jwg

This one probably means the most to me surprisingly, Its the one that made me the way i am today, all my friends, anytime i remember moments with my buddies in highschool and before i got this song playing in my head, well thats probably because my buddy Tony used to play this all the fuckin time lol. (The Casualties - Made In NYC)

children of the sea- black sabbath
This reminds me of playing dungeons and dragons when I was a small lad. Just hanging out and laughing, I was really happy then.

video killed the radio star- the bugles
I stayed a week with my brother a few years ago. He lived in the suburbs (i live in teh country) and was ok with me leaving the house and wandering about. I could go anywhere and do anything just about, complete freedom really. My parents at the time were seemingly trying to isolate me from the world so being able to be around peaople at all was a real treat. When i'd get back to the house each night I'd listen to this cause I just discovered it and liked it. Now when I hear the song I feel the same elation again, at least a little bit.

Those are the only two really special ones to me, otherwise:
natural high- hammerfall
caught up in you- .38 special
eagle spreads its wings- demoniac
your gonna go far kid- offspring
Neon Knights- black sabbath

I'm sure there's more...
