Sabaton – Primo Victoria

Sabaton is probably one of my favorite bands. Their epic songs about Wars and Conflicts are lively and powerful. The Clean vocals and keyboards keep it a power metal band. Very good Vocals in my opinion.

Arsonists Get All the Girls - Hits from the Bow

AGATG is a “Experimental Deathcore” Band, which I know means most people assume its shit. But I really like it. Ive seen them live twice, and it’s a very raw and strange sound. Not like most of the music around these days, it’s a strange mix of keyboards, screamo, and metal.

Molotov Solution - The Harbinger.

This band is absolutely crazy. Rough vocals, epic riffs and drumming, I like it a lot.

Looking forward to listening to that Sabaton album (I heard of the band but never listened to them). Wish I could say the same about the other two.

Sabaton is utterly and completely amazing. Also, kudos for picking my favorite album from them.

I will check out the others tonight, good sir.

I was thinking about youtubing the deathcore band, because deathcore is one of my least favorite genres. Molotov Solution looks like it might be interesting

I know there's a good chance I won't like both of the -core bands, but I'm going to at least check out a few songs from each on youtube. I want to give him a fair chance though

Yea, um, I youtubed AGATG and Molotov Solution, and yea, not to offend, but I shan't be bothering with either. Molotov Solution was merely tolerable, much less annoying than AGATG, especially since they lack the generic keyboard sweeps that seem to come out of nowhere at all, the less shitty singing, and the guitars that almost don't sound as if a wasp were taking a hand drill to my ear. AGATG was just... to quote Brute... "not preferable to anal rape".

I will be listening to Sabaton, however, as they sound promising, and I've never heard anything by them.

So far

Molotov Solution- Boring, sorry don't like it at all.
Arsonists Get all the Girls- 2.5/5 I enjoyed some parts thoroughly, hated some parts thoroughly, and was just annoyed by some. Some parts of songs were quite excellent and certain sounds they achieved I really liked. But as a whole too little concentration on where it was going and just ended up sounding sloppy in some areas.

Yeah Molotov just not great at all. And Arsonist just too scattered in concept, they have potential though.

Now Sabaton are fucking awesome no denying that.

I haven't listened to them yet but I'm going to try to give them a fair try. Nice job picking some things that are different though, it would be boring if everyone picked the same kind of stuff. -core just isn't my thing really, here is my general philosophy when it comes to -core

metalcore < melodeath. Usually metalcore is just a more mainstream, less creative version of the latter. But that's not in all cases, I happen to like a few metalcore bands a lot

deathcore < death metal. I find the same relation between the two as the former comparison. But again, there is still some good deathcore out there. But deathcore is one genre I have not been able to get into. Nothing in the genre has held my interest for long.

I really like the Sabaton album. I had heard of them before, but never really gave them a listen since I'm not much into powerish metal. So that makes up for the two I didn't like at least.

Good pick on that one.

i re-evaluated moltov solution. i can see myself listening to them, but only under perfect circumstances. i will give them a try at the gym. if i can successfully dead-lift to one of their songs, they are a keeper

Byd, this is how it starts, you know. One day it's "I like Blink 182", the next it's "I think I like men".

Stones? While we're at it, why don't we measure in hands and pennyweights?

I rather be lean than buff. Being light is fun other than the fragility part.

I'll listen to the first album and as for the other two I'll check some samples on youtube. Let you know what I think.

Sabaton's album was pretty good. At times I found myself bored and at other times I found it to be pretty cool. Was pretty straight forward quality power metal stuff.

Listening to an Arsonists Get All The Girls song. Chaotic mathcore/deathcore kind of stuff. I'm going with blackstar on this one. Sounds pretty decent but since it isn't so much in my tastes it averages out to about an okay.

Thanks for sharing Kriov. Sabaton will get more plays.
