what a ripoff of Megadeth geez.
they even use Megadeth riffs.

Exactly. A Rip-off Megadeth band >>>>> a rip-off Metallica band

any ripoff band = shit.
I beg to differ.

i don't think that's really a rip off band. having a main influence it's fine, but they don't rip off AC/DC.
they use power chords, AC/DC use normal chords, the vocals are more shouted, the songs are faster...
it's just pure hard rock.

No, they still sound almost exactly like AC/DC. LOL

I love them though. Mainly because I love AC/DC probably.

I have 3 albums (Back In Black, AC/DC LIVE and Black Ice) and payed 60 to see them live, and it was the worst show i've ever been. the only good thing was the stage work, the ligths, all that visual shit.

Really? What was so bad about it? I loved it when I saw them.

And I see the problem: you have no Bon Scott albums. Just get all of them. You'll see why.

well, I have all their albums downloaded, I've just said the original I have.
they were one of my fave bands, but I realized that they're boring and repetitive. my favorite albums are Hight Voltage and Back in Black.

and the show was bad cause the opening bands were awful, the beer was really expensive, Brian's voice it's not really good anymore and they're boring as shit.

You really only need one album from each AC/DC era and then you've heard it all.

And Airbourne sucks.

Yeah there were shitty support bands when I saw them too. The Answer were there but we missed them. I think he still has a great voice. And a football stadium full of AC/DC fans screaming the chorus of Highway To Hell is quite something, let me tell you.

I'll admit they're repetitive but I never get bored of them.

I, for one, agree with Darkflame. They were an opener band for me, so they always have a special place in my heart.

AC/DC is legendary, for sure, but I only listen to their music on occasion. They get kinda old because all of their records sound the same. But it's a good sound, so no complaints.

well, The Answer didn't play in Portugal, because I think a member was ill, i think. So, instead, we had a shitty portuguese 'indie punk' called Vicious 5, they arrived late, the sound was terrible and they were talking shit to the fans, saying that they were weak and they looked like some junkies from the 80's, and that there was 2 different type of fans: the metalheads from the 80's and the teenagers that just found Rock N Roll Train on the internet. Nobody liked them, and they thought they were stars.

the second band was a portuguese band too, called Mundo Co. They're a really good band, but the sound was awful again.

then, AC/DC. that little video with train coming on the stage was awesome, I have to admit. but Brian's voice was tired, he was tired too.
angus delivered an awesome show, and the extended guitar solo (about 15 minutes) was really bad, just a bunch of random notes. but he was so energetic, that the crowd was loving.
I had a good time, but later I realised it was a bad show.

Maybe Brian was just having a bad night. He sounded great when I saw them.

Yeah, The Answer are a great band. Pissed that I missed them. What really bothered me though was that the other band was supposed to be Thin Lizzy. They couldn't make it and instead we got a shitty band called The Subways. There was about 20 people there who looked like they were enjoying it.

Subways? well, better than Vicious 5.

Thin Lizzy opening for AC/DC, awesome.

You've heard of them? Vicious 5 must have been awful then. LOL

Thin Lizzy would have been awesome.

Do you guys purposely type "lol" in all caps? Or is it your browsers?

Seriously, every time I see "LOL" I think of some blank-faced mouth-breather randomly bursting out laughing.
