Resident Evil Degeneration
6/10
Like one zombie scene. The other fight was like a boss fight except you don't get to play

Oh yeah, saw some movie on Comedy Central. Forgot what it was called but it had the Broken Lizard guys as waiters. It was all right I guess, though it one of the most amazing lines in cinema history: "Do you know what ten grand feels like in your pocket? it feels like a third cock!". Overall, 6/10.

The movie was fantastic. I loved the Comedian too. He was all like "Fuck you foreigners, I'm going to set you on fire now!" and then he was all like "I'm going to fuck you now, Silk Spectre." He was overall pretty cool.

Rorshack was a badass too. I loved the prison scene.

I studied it in school. I was so pumped about the movie coming out since fans have been waiting for like, 25 years. I thought the film was excellent. I liked the lesser known actors for a cast, the effects and how closely it followed the book. Having read that in advance definitity helped with the clarity. Dr. Manhattan was supposed to be dull like that-he really above emotions when he reached that godly state.
Still recommending the Watchmen 'book within the book' made movie; tres gory.

The Black Freighter or whatever?
And the book was so cool. Yeah the lesser known actors really did a good job, and Manhattan's character was really good because, like sara said, he was supposed to be devoid of emotion.

Ong Bak 2
7/10
Nowhere near as good as the first. 1/10 voice actors. 9/10 fight scenes. Boring story and stupid ending. Its a good thing that most of the movie consists of fights.

30 Days of night
Went strong for a while, again with the fucking annoying endings.
7.5/10

Zak And Miri make a Porno
8.5/10
This was actually hilarious. I hate Seth Rogan. But this was really funny surprisingly. Most comedies need to turn for serious at some point, which this does, but it still throws in some jokes along the way which I respected

From Beyond-HP Lovecraft's book turned movie. Well...it was different. Lots of goo and blood. S & M and even flying eels. Strange but funny, like Evil Dead. Some things were actually quite gross.

Zohan for the 4th time...

and that movie with the couples with problems on the island. blah.

Top Gun
6.5/10
It was funny how shitty it was at start. But then it got incredibly boring. Man the jet fighter scenes are seriously the boringest part of the movie.

blacksploitation being Black Dynamite?! or like Media's house of payne nonsense...

so, i have seen
The Shining 9/10.
wow, beast. that was so fucking suspenseful. it really was just the music. and the fact that you realize that they are spiraling downwards to their own demise.

"YOU are the caretaker. You've always been the caretaker. I ought to know: I've always been here."

Man on Wire 10/10.
so surreal. so awe-inspiring. so heavy. this movie actually made me tear up just from the shear beauty. it was spectacular, or as the poster says, "Exhilarating"
best damn documentary i think i have ever seen. and ive seen a few

Black Dynamite is basically a tribute to the blacksploitation films of the 80s. The one I watched was a true 80s one called Doce-something.

Scott Pilgrim could have been sooooo funny. Which it was for a bit. Then it went retarded. I have never watched a movie when I wanted the action scenes to stop.

The Warriors - Seen for the 4th time
9/10

so, i have seen
The Shining 9/10.
wow, beast. that was so fucking suspenseful. it really was just the music. and the fact that you realize that they are spiraling downwards to their own demise.

"YOU are the caretaker. You've always been the caretaker. I ought to know: I've always been here."
There is a theory I've seen about the movie. It is said that Nicholson lived there and worked there in a past life. Hence the quotes "It felt like I knew what was going to be around each corner, like I've been here before" or "You've always been the caretaker." The picture at the end may have been him in that past life, revealing that fate brought him back to the hotel.

I think its simply that the hotel took Jack into its haunted legacy and that's why he's in that picture. He's kind of apart of the places history now

i always thought that there were multiple caretakers. the house draws people in and slowly degrades them. when he is at the bar, the ghost guests i thought were guests in the past before the hotel swallowed them.
the picture on the wall i think is like he has become part of the histroy in the hotel.....

Byd, this is how it starts, you know. One day it's "I like Blink 182", the next it's "I think I like men".
