Thor, pretty fucking good, followed the comic book to a T. Love interest wasn't too good, but whatever. This set up for the Avengers is awesome.

Apocalypse Now 10/10
I can't believe I hadn't watched this before. Martin Sheen performed excellently. I'm a big fan of war dramas and this has to be at the top of the list, since the Vietnam War was such an interesting and fucked up event

Fight Club 8/10
I enjoyed it, but parts of it didn't make much sense. I'll have to watch it a few more times, but it certainly lived up to the hype.

Reservoir Dogs (again) 10/10
Still as good as ever.

The boats they were on? My dad manned the two fifties on the front of them during Vietnam.

Apocalypse Now is one of the best movies ever made; its amazing it was even made. The history of its making is mind boggling in itself. Did you watch the Redux version?

Hellbound: Hellraiser II: Much more gore but some was so extreme it was hilarious. It was nice having a returning cast. Despite being over the top (snakes out of hands, eye balls out of the snake mouths, knives out of the eyeballs) I did not want to stop watching. Good thing there's 6 more.

Really well done, no one other than Jack Nicholson could have pulled off the role of McMurphy.

Yeah it was the redux version. Insanely good. Worth another watch if you ask me.

And link, that's totally badass. I mean not that he was in Vietnam because that was a fucked up place.

Hellraiser 3-Hell on Earth: I missed the original cast and Cenobites; the plot was more meh. Some good graphics/gore but I liked the 2nd one more.

Hamlet 2: I know this movie was liked by alot of critics...HOW? I had two drinks in me and I laughed maybe three times. "Laughed". It was awkward and just plain desperate at so many parts, and was just waiting for the funny to happen.

From Dusk Till Dawn

Super excited now that Quentin has finished writing his new movie though there are rumours Will Smith is going to be cast which both sucks and blows.

127 Hours (Not as good as everyone made it out to be)
Kick-Ass (Much better than I expected. From the promos it looked like some PG-13 movie)
BASEketballs (Not bad, but wasn't very funny)
Dumb & Dumber (Still as funny as when I first saw it)
Fargo (Was an okay comedy)
About Schmidt (Funny, yet really depressing)
National Lampoon's Animal House (I showed this to a friend. He thought it was an alright movie)
Deer Hunter (Christopher Walkin was fucking nuts in this. The Russian Roulette scene really got to me. Great performance by everyone in it)

Hellraiser 4-Better than 3rd. The end of Pinhead, not the series.

Four Rooms-This movie is hard to rate since it had 4 directors, all using a twitchy Tim Roth as the main character. His movements were so cartoonish that it moved between stupid and hilarious. The first scene was silly and badly written, the second quite weird, the third (directed by Rodriquez) made me laugh outloud. The fourth was Tarintino acting/writing and was therefore good as well. So, the movie gets better as it progresses. Worth a watch. 6/10 for those two parts.

Ghostrider-Silllyyy. The graphics were kinda bad and the acting was meh.

Daredevil (again)-I forgot how bad this movie was.

I quite liked Ghost Rider because it was just a cheese fest... it kinda had a 80s feel to it. I actually think NC enjoyed making that film, playing a goof. By no means quality acting but it was fun enough not to drag.

I saw Critters 2 the other day: a lol fest for all the wrong reasons. As if the first film wasn't bad enough they just had to make a sequel.

I didn't fall asleep during Ghostrider but his face looked like a biker's tattoo. The bad guys were amusing. Eh no one expected Nic Cage to be brilliant in it.

Thor-It's got "epic" written all over it just by the sheer theme of it. As Link said, the love interest part was fluff but it had some light hearted humour. The effects were quite good, the acting was fine for this type of movie, definitly one of the better Marvel flicks as of late. Indeed, they are really hyping up to the Avengers movie.

The Thing-It's an oldie but a goodie; before CGI, there was great graphics: this movie is a good example. It's slow in parts and there is not a heavy soundtrack; mainly just the blowing wind. It's the fear of the possibly alien-ized cabinmates that makes the interaction between the characters so good. 7.5/10

Ladykillers (again)-I like this movie; the last 20 minutes are worth it. Amusing deaths to an old blues soundtrack.

Pulp Fiction (again) perfect movie much?

Jackie Brown-My Tarantino-directed movie watching is now complete. This movie was kept interesting by an awesome Samuel L Jackson. I was not a huge fan of DeNiro's character but the plot itself was okay. I've seen quite a few like it but it had T's flair.

Animal House-It's really dated, especially with all the slapstick comedy. It's not laugh outloud funny as the jokes are old but remember, this movie BEGUN most of these jokes. It's a comedy pioneer and a classic because of it.

eXistenZ-This movie was a trip. Totally revolting in unexpected parts. Again, many movies have this type of plot (am I still in the game?! or is this real life?!) but it was enjoyable. I was not enamoured with the ending (Inception-ish) but I almost liked this plot more than the Matrix. Lower budget but cool.

Howard Stern: Private Parts. Hmm it was okay; I'm not a massive Stern fan but it was interesting seeing his bio; even though he played himself. He's cocky and over the top but that's how he got where he is.

Hangover 2 (7/10)
Thor (7/10) it was alright, but I couldn't hear it too well at the drive in
Cyrus (5/10) The trailer made it look hilarious, but it was pretty damn boring
Jackie Brown (7/10) entertaining
Reservoir Dogs (8.5/10) Very good debut.

You gave Thor 7/10 just because you couldn't hear it? At least give it the benefit of the doubt.
