I'm not saying the movie was bad, I just didn't think it was the best thing since sex.

I agree; Thor really wasn't that amazing. Enjoyable but didn't care much for it.

Escape from New York-Another ghetto Kurt Russel movie ( he looked like this though so it was okay http://t3.gstatic.com/images?q=tbn:ANd9GcSGXR9OPVuv08Vc3OxYv5iyW9btoTnR47NsIWsGuc00JGrFerWkBQ&t=1 )
but it actually was really good. The cast is quite amazing and despite the hilariously bad soundtrack, it was entertaining. They made a million sequels which I dont care to watch.

I liked Escape From New York, but it was like the least action-packed action movie I have ever seen.

Invisible Ghost-This movie was not one of Lugosi's best but it kept my attention despite having unexplainable, silly bits.

Christine-I am on a John Carpender bender. This was actually a pretty good Stephen King adaptation; the lead character's strong (crazy!) acting made it. For being a killer car story, it had its thrilling parts. I wish it was more gory. Much better than King's Maximum Overdrive!!

This is why I like choosing what films to watch when I'm with friends. 3/10

The Other Guys had a few painful moments but it was funny.

Hellraiser 5-Inferno. This was alot less gory but I actually quite liked the storyline. Some surprisingly famous actors in it as well. I'm sure it will go downhill from now on.

Paycheck (again)-I liked this alot more when I first saw it years ago.

X-Men First Class
Not bad, not great: decent enough for when you want to turn your brain off.

Green Lantern
Ryan Renolds goes and does something great like Buried, then pisses on it from a great height with rubbish like this. Awful, awful film. I just hope they don't fuck up Deadpool, as I actually like the character.

Senna
Amazing. 8.5/10

Halloween-The Curse of Michael Myers and Halloween H20. More Carpender inspired watching.
So I know the story of Michael Myers but was never very interested and have not seen the other movies. Weird place to start; I'm sure the first two are alot better. Since I was never "scarred" as a child from any slasher movies these were not scary at all. I think I am getting used to the gore in Hellraiser because the violence was weak as well. Interesting to see how many famous people are in this series.

Don't even bother running from Michael Myers, he's the speed walking champion from 1970-Present.

Seriously, all he does is walk, and still catches people.

/Equilibrium/, again. Without putting on my movie critic hat, I can say I really enjoyed it.

God that sentence reminds me of SAT tests. If there are 10 ways for something to be right, then I only know 1 of them when it comes to grammar. Not that it matters online...

You are very correct indeed. I heard today they are making yet another. Even the Friday 13th series is silly; how many times has Jason been resurrected? He makes Jesus look super weak.

Yeah, there are ridiculous amounts of those films, they're just milking the series for all it's worth.

Come on, Jason X features him in space.
Freddy vs. Jason was just as comical.

Phonebooth - Very very very very good film. I freakin' loved it. Amazing performances all around and the story was incredibly tense. The ending was a little too predictable I would've liked a better twist but still I fucking great film.

Shaun Of The Dead - Why has it taken me so long to watch this? I can now definitely say I love Pegg and Frost.

I liked both of those films very much.

When I first saw Phonebooth, I thought it was going to be utterly retarded, but it turned out better than expected.

Hangover 2-It was way too joke-for-joke as the first one; they really should have tried to make it a BIT less predictable. Despite that, it was worth watching. Mike Tyson though; wow.

Then I watched 5 1950's movies. The Black Sleep (very good, actually had creepy moments) The Cat Lady (okay but not great plot) The beast with a million eyes (there is no beast, just a robot that makes animals go crazy. Weak) The Monolith Monsters (killer rocks that turn people to stone!! boringgg) Flying Saucers vs Earth (the graphics were amusing so it was okay).

I heard Green Lantern was awful as well.

Hallpass-I had a totally different idea about this movie going in but I saw where it was going really fast. A handful of strained laughs but overall, crude with no point and cheesy.

I did read it and did not want to see it but it was playing in my living room.

Bridesmaids-So it was hyped as a new Hangover but for women. This is the best movie the chicks from SNL have been in and it's very realistically depicted. My issue was the flow; it seemed disjointed at parts and some scenes stretched on too long. I wanted more wedding mayhem; less "poor me I have no boyfriend" scenes from the main character. Maybe I am desensitized but it was not very crude. It's not stupid like Hallpass and has more character development but I feel just a weee bit letdown.

Limitless - Fucking abysmal. The plot was the most clusterfucked nonsensical piece of shit ever and the ending was a complete cop out. I felt genuinely cheated by it. It was literally like "buttheneverythingwasoktheend".

True Grit - Really enjoyed this. The plot wasn't particularly interesting and it wasn't the groundbreaking masterpiece it was cracked up to be but the all around outstanding acting made it an enjoyable film.

I really Don't like the Dark knight series. It doesn't feel like a comic book movie to me. It feels like a your every day action movie but with a guy in a bat costume fighting a clown.

Carnival of Souls-Not the Wes Craven remake shit; the 62 original. It was surprisingly creepy in subtle ways. The shots and music was very interesting and I would say it's quite a standout film.

Green Lantern-My expectations were super low so it did not seem like the brutal movie it was made out to be. It's not great; the humour seems out of place at times and I was not a huge fan of the graphics. Though, it was better than other superhero movies I have seen.

Xmen, First Class-This movie was really good; much better than Last Stand. The characters were all solid and it was an attention-keeper.

Tree of Life - Needed more dinosaurs/10.

But seriously, it was pretty great. I don't think I could recommend it to too many people though, there isn't much narrative to it.

I want to see Tree of Life; looks interesting.

Dead Snow finally. The dubs were not very good and you could tell that the translations from Norwegian into English was not always...right. Even so, it was a Shaun of the Dead/Evil Dead style movie. Tons of humour stuck in with a bunch of gore. Again, alot of the humour is lost in translation but there was enough to make the movie decent.

Jonah Hex-I knew it was going to be bad but said hey, it has a great cast (other than Fox) and Mastodon did the soundtrack. Well; it was bad in everyway: too short, things left unexplained, a weird mix of cowboy/supernatural, bad accents and poor editing.

Harry Potter And The Deathly Hallows Part 2 - Pretty great. Probably the best of all of them actually.
