May listen to this one actually. I like me some good thrash and I can spot quite a few good badns in there. I'll need to get through Taxer's death metal list first though.

I've been on a thrash binge for the past few weeks, thought these were all very good bands, not garbage like Slayer.

That's right, I said it, I would even go so far as to say Seasons in the Abyss was the only good album.

Reign In Blood, man, Reign In Blood.

I do find it strange that you like Evile but hate Slayer though. Nothing wrong with Evile but their music is basically blatant Slayer worship.

Lol, yeah, Evile bares unquestionable resemblance Slayer, but Slayer... it's been the same thing for thirty years.

Generic riff from last album, Satan, Satan, Satan, Kerry King's shiny, bald head spewing more inane filth about Satan and his ego, followed by more Satan.

I would say Slayer were damn good up to Seasons in the Abyss and I thought God Hates us all and Christ Illusion were both pretty good but honestly I only own Haunting the Chapel, RIB, and SOH.

Slayer was good for a bit, then I just got sick of it.

Agreed, as to why I only own three releases. Live they were fucking great and I would see them again but after a bit it only becomes necessary to own so many albums.

Yeah, I would never be hardcore fan but having a few of their best albums is good enough and I would definetly see them live.
