Name your top 8
Come up with a set list for them to make you a perfect gig
The first 3 artists get a 5 song set list
The next 3 artists get an 8 song set list
The 2nd artist gets a 10 song set list
The top artist gets a 12 song set list with a 3 song encore.

I rather liked the mishmash approach. If I got to see all of those bands in my lifetime, play all of those songs, i would die happy. Also I was biased towards the bands that are impossible to see now

TBH, I haven't seen much talent in The Doors, all it is is Jim Morrison, and even then....meh.......buuuut I haven't listened much, so can anyone prove me wrong?

Eh it all depends on what you like in music. It's not technically brilliant music, but pretty much every song they've ever made has just had this... zen to it. I don't know. Morrison's lyrics are awesome, but to me the band somehow comes together to be more than the sum of it's parts. It seems like they really become one entity while playing. That could just me being pretentious. But they have been my favorite band for years and that's really the only justification I have. Listen to The End if you haven't. Literally just focus your attention on that track for it's entire length and see what you think

I was going to make a joke and make my list all DSBM but now that I tink about it...this is a decent idea for a playlist. Too long though, but it would still be cool.
