still not sure what to think about it. i mean im sure it was just an accident, i doubt he really wanted to kill somebody, plus that guy shouldn't have went on stage, but idk. im just weird about it because if i was in his position, id feel like i just fucking killed somebody... it would suck. i imagine thats he feels as well. shitty situation, i hope the best though, its just an odd thing to me for some reason.

Don't push people off stage.

Even if he shouldn't have been there, he had no right to push him off the stage. Such an action is just begging for injury. The proper course would have been to let security take the man off stage. Blythe was in the wrong here, no matter what was his intent.

I agree with Lor, I kinda wanna say I understand what he did, but at the same time I can understand why he's being charged. He shouldn't have pushed the guy but I doubt he really expected the dude to get seriously injured or killed.

its strange to me. i really dont know what to think. i do think it was kinda stupid and i do agree with taxer. its just...idk... weird.... they used rockstar deaths on stage as an instance where paranoia may have been a good thing like what happened with dimebag (i read this somewhere) and that randy was just being careful. who knows

Randy Blythe was totally in the right. He didn't have intent to kill, just to get the guy who was rushing the stage away from him.

I disagree. It was a security issue. If a security guard would have done it accidentally it wouldn't be manslaughter either

I think he should be jailed for manslaughter. Probably a few years worth, teach him not to be as dumb next time. However, he should be executed via hanging for making bad music.

Lamb Of God are good and you're a philistine for disagreeing.

But yeah, I suppose it's always a good idea to be careful. You never know when some psychopath is gonna do a Dimebag on you. I agree with Axe that it wouldn't be such a big thing if the same thing had happened with a security guard and I do think the courts are taking it a little far. Besides, there's no way he did it with any malicious intent. I mean, how often to people die at concerts these days?

Bad music is everywhere, i hate Justin Biebers music but i don't believe he should be executed.

Next thing you'll know people will be executed just for horrible singing lol.

Here's another article with Nergal in illegal baloney.

Yeah, I think everyone can agree that that's just a load of dick. Darski's a bit of an antagonistic ass, but the idea of going to prison for offending someone's opinions is ridiculous.
