Think about it this way , IM OLD ! And i have been getting stuff for 30+ years . Now DON'T TALK **** ABOUT YOUR EPIPHONE ! My 1st guitar was a used epi dot i got for 45$ at a pawn shop when i was a kid . I still have it , Its been put up for 20 years but its still mine . I have about 10 more guitars that i have put up because i have gotten better stuff and just could not get rid of it . I have a epi strat copy that i worked over when i was in the corp that i still have , Hell i may get some of em out , re string em and jam after the steeler game ...

i want a emg60 instead of 85 the 85 is nice but its a little too warm sounding

and when i have both the 85 and 81 on at the same time the 85 completely drowns out the 81

I just got a new toy .. My wife went out to yard sales today and got home a little bit ago and she picked me up for 40$ a SG copy made by samick . At one time this was a nice guitar , Nice wood not plywood body , The neck is nice , Flat and Fast ( faster than my gibsons ) Very few marks or nicks on it .. Now the bad , Shity pick ups both tones are bad and the input is wore out .. I will let you know tomorrow how it sounds when i put a little 59er and a tone zone ( the tone zone i got about a year ago never used it & the little 59er came from a set i got and never used the 59er ) I have new T.C pots and some bumble bee caps to wire it up . After new XL 9 to 42s and a intoe job it should be a nice little guitar ... She also got a little 15 watt peavey amp & a gig bag with it .. ALL FOR 40 BUCKS ! GOOD GIRL !!
I will post pics when im done if you guys want to see it ...
